The UK is experiencing yet another national lockdown, which is not the start to 2021 that we had all hoped for and this time, even more forbearance and strength is required as we face tough restrictions in the winter months. We know times are difficult but at Fernox we would like to offer reassurance to our customers and the wider industry that we will continue to work hard to ensure that our working practices and policies reflect the latest government guidance. The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is a top priority.
To ensure the safety of everyone who has contact with Fernox, we have made some small changes to how we operate as a business:
- Visits by our Sales Team will be by appointment only – and we ask that our team are only called in to handle previously specified requests. The team will otherwise be working from home and remain available by phone, email, Teams or Zoom.
- Our customer service team is working remotely but are available by phone on 0330 100 7750 (choose option 1 when prompted) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org/usa-new. They are on hand between 8.30am and 5pm. We still continue to fulfil orders in the usual way and are delivering worldwide.
- The Fernox Technical Helpline is available 24 hrs, 365 days of the year to answer any technical queries or product questions by calling 0330 100 7750 (choose option 2 when prompted)
- The Fernox Marketing Team is currently working remotely and can be easily contacted on email@example.com/usa-new between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
As a manufacturer, Fernox is working hard to deliver the same high-quality, Brexit compliant products that our customers expect – to ensure continuity of supply and make sure that those working across the heating sector are equipped to tackle any task.
